heated & non-heated
signature
Our signature Saltform Pilates method. Available in both heated and non-heated formats, this low-impact class is rooted in control, precision, and form. Blending bodyweight and light-weight resistance with classic Pilates movement, each sequence is designed to activate deep muscle groups and build strength from the inside out.

gently heated
sculpt
A gently heated sculpt class designed to raise intensity without compromising form. High-rep, low-impact sequences keep muscles under constant tension, building endurance, definition, and a full-body burn.

non-heated
strength
A non-heated, strength-focused class built around progressive resistance and athletic conditioning. Expect heavier weights, longer holds, and a deeper, more targeted approach to building power and endurance.
